bookeldeco.com is an information and enquiry site published by Vidastu Advisory, an independent real-estate agent registered with UP-RERA (registration no. UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026). It is not the official website of any developer, and nothing on it is an offer document, an invitation to offer, or part of any contract. This site arranges site visits for three Eldeco Group projects; each project's RERA registration is stated on its visit page.

Accuracy and prices

We source facts from the UP-RERA register, developer-issued material and our own desk checks, and we date them where we can. Beyond those cited sources we make no warranty that any page is complete, current or error-free. All prices, sizes, layouts and specifications are indicative and subject to change by the developer without notice. RERA registration numbers for each project are stated on the relevant project pages; verify every detail on up-rera.in and directly with the developer before any booking or payment.

Intellectual property

The text and page layouts of this site belong to Vidastu Advisory. Project names, logos, renders, brochures and other developer creatives are the property of their respective owners and appear here with permission, for identification and reference only.

Governing law and jurisdiction
